A busy month shouldn’t cost you a plan.

ServiceM8 counts every job you create. Go past your plan’s limit and you have seven days before you are asked to upgrade.

CREW25 doesn’t count jobs. A month of small call-outs costs the same as a month of one big build.

YouWhich jobs are losing money this month?

CREW25 AITwo jobs are under 10% margin after overheads: Harbour St deck at 6%, with 18 hours over the estimate, and Lee bathroom at 8%, with 6 hours waiting for approval.

Illustrative example

Crews on a timeline, not a job list.

Multi-week jobs need people planned weeks ahead, across stages, with everyone’s other work in view.

In CREW25 you can ask the AI to put someone on a job, and it tells you what else they’re on first.

YouPut Jake and Sam on the Smith job Thursday and Friday.

CREW25 AIJake is free both days. Sam is on Harbour St on Thursday morning. Put them both on Smith for Thursday and Friday anyway?

Moving across

Moving from ServiceM8 to CREW25.

01

Drop in what you have

Staff lists, rate cards and customer spreadsheets. CREW25 AI reads them into your team, customers and price book, and you check everything before it is created.

02

Or import a CSV

Customers and price lists import from a CSV, with columns matched from Tradify, ServiceM8 and Xero exports. Importing the same file twice changes nothing.

Start with one crew

Run one crew or one job alongside your current system, then move the rest. Job and quote history is not imported.
