CREW25 (“we”, “us”) provides job management software for trades, including the office workspace and the mobile apps. This policy explains what information we collect through those products and how we use it.

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly — such as your name, email address and organisation details when you create an account — along with the operational data you and your customers enter, like people, jobs, customers, sites, hours and billing details. We also collect basic technical information (like device and browser type) to keep the service secure and reliable.

The mobile apps

The CREW25 apps for iPhone and Android use the camera and microphone only when you take a photo or film a video for a job, and your photo library only when you choose a photo to attach. What you capture is uploaded to your organisation’s account. If your organisation turns on location sharing, the app tells you first and asks for your permission, then shares your location with your organisation about once a minute while you are on the clock. It never records your location when you are off the clock, and signing out stops it. The apps send you reminders about your jobs as notifications, which you can turn off. We do not use the apps to track you for advertising.

How we use it

We use this information to provide and improve the service, to communicate with you about your account, and to meet our legal and billing obligations. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us run CREW25 (such as hosting, email and payment processing), and only as needed for them to perform that work.

Your data

You can see and correct your account information in the app, and ask us to delete your account and the information linked to it by contacting us. We retain data for as long as your account is active, or as required by law.
